Privacy Policy

Your privacy is a great concern to us at NAPMW.  The following policies govern your usage of this site:

• We explicitly identify when we need information from you that may be deemed "personal." For example, registering for "Members Only" areas, and other registration-type services will require your contact information and will ask you questions such as your email address.  Other personal information will also be required. 
• The choice of how much personal information you choose to disclose to is left completely up to you.  NAPMW does from time to time make its mailing lists available to members and other industry-related vendors for the purpose of presenting information about their products, services and special offers or discounts. At any moment you can request to be removed from this by calling us at (800) 827-3034 and requesting such. You may also send email to info@napmw.org with this request.  In addition, you have the opportunity to 'opt out' of this list as part of your membership application, and/or during the membership renewal process.
• We catalog traffic patterns throughout the site, including identifying browser and system data. We gather this data to optimize site conditions for our users. This data, with no personal information, may also be provided to advertisers and potential advertisers so they may better evaluate their advertising options.
• We will occasionally send you email to provide you with information we think you may find useful. Additionally, if you take advantage of any email notification features, you will receive updates as frequently as warranted. Any email you receive from us will contain unsubscribe instructions should you wish to no longer receive email from NAPMW. 
• Opting-out: Should you decide you no longer wish to have your email stored for purposes of receiving specific enhanced services, such as our e-newsletter please contact us at info@napmw.org  and make us aware of your desire to be removed. As this is presently a manual process, we will remove you at our earliest possible convenience in accordance with your request.
• Security: We ensure the confidentiality and security of information stored in our web site by taking all reasonable and prudent steps necessary to protect your personal information. While no security measure is foolproof, we believe that we have implemented a system that is as safe as today’s technology permits. Since we realize the importance of protecting your privacy, we will continue to evaluate new technologies and make improvements as these technologies become feasible.
